The BOB WOOD is a 2002 Vespoli lightweight four that was refurbished in 2013 and then repaired in 2014 after it was damaged when the trailer tipped over in a storm that year. It is named after the long time coach, Bob Wood, who was a teacher at West Potomac and was the team sponsor and coach for over 20 years.

The BEATS WORKIN' is a 2006 Resolute lightweight eight that was dedicated in memory of Tony Snow who passed away in 2008. Tony’s band was “Beats Workin” and the Snow family held the largest fundraiser for the team by giving a band performance and raising $15,000 towards the purchase of the boat. His daughters picked the name because his music was so important to him.
The STILWELL is a 2007 Resolute midweight eight that was named for Anne and Mike Stilwell’s significant contributions of time and gifts to the team. MIke was a long time operations manager for the team.
The OAKELEY is a top-of-the-line, 2017 Vespoli VHP Eight, purchased for the 2017-18 season with funds from a generous donation from the Oakeley family. Liz Oakeley, Varsity Coxswain and a member of the team for three seasons, graduated in 2018.
The NATIONAL HARBOR was also purchased with funds from the Oakeley family donation. It is a 2017 Vespoli VHP Four. The National Harbor was named in recognition of the Peterson Companies and the Gaylord Hotel, who have provided West Potomac a practice site, without charge, since the 2011 season.

The PETER MAYER is a 2012 Vespoli lightweight four that is in memory of Peter Mayer, the president of the team from 2010 to 2012.
The HEATHER is a 1996 Vespoli lightweight quad which joined the team in 2013 when it was purchased in 2013 from the TC Williams Crew Team.
The VISION is a 2001 Vespoli midweight eight that was purchased used in 2014 from Thomas Jefferson Crew Team as a replacement to The Racer which was totalled when the trailer tipped over in a storm in 2014.
The SHINNERS is a 2014 Vespoli Four. It was purchased “lightly used” in 2017 and re-dedicated that year. The Shinners is named after Coach Leslie Shinners, who served as Girls Novice Coach in 1997 and overall team Head Coach in 1998-1999 and 2012 to the present.
